Book Your Family Photography Session

Yes, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your date. This ensures that your session is booked exclusively for you.

• The deposit is refundable if the session is cancelled at least 7 days in advance.

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before without losing the deposit.

• If cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

• Local Sessions (Mississauga & select Toronto areas): Travel costs are included in the package price.

• Outside the Local Area: A travel fee may apply depending on the location and distance. I’ll provide an upfront estimate so there are no surprises.

• Studio Rental: Please note that studio rental is not included in the package price. I can recommend beautiful studios, and the cost is paid separately by the client.

If the weather isn’t suitable, we can:

1. Reschedule to a later date that works for both of us.

2. Move the session indoors to a studio (studio rental fee not included).

I don’t provide makeup or styling directly, but I work with several talented professionals I can recommend. Depending on your style and preferences, I can connect you with someone who will ensure you look and feel your best.

What about locations that require permits?

Some parks and venues in Mississauga/Toronto require a photography permit. In such cases:

• The client is responsible for purchasing the permit in advance.

• Sessions will not take place in restricted areas without a valid permit.

My cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair for both sides and to protect my time and planning.

1. Deposit

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The deposit is refundable only if the session is cancelled at least 7 days in advance.

• The deposit is applied toward your final balance if the session goes ahead as planned.

2. Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without losing the deposit.

• If you request to reschedule, a new date must be confirmed within 10 days. If no new date is agreed upon, the deposit will be considered forfeited.

3. Late Cancellations

• If cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled session, the deposit is non-refundable, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

4. No Response / No Show

• If a client postpones a session and then does not respond to reschedule within 10 days, the booking will be considered cancelled and the deposit will be non-refundable.

• If a client does not show up on the day of the session without prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Weather or Emergencies

• In case of bad weather (for outdoor sessions) or genuine emergencies, I am happy to reschedule without penalty.

You will receive a link to your online gallery with edited photos within 2–3 weeks.

No, I do not provide RAW (unedited) files. Every image you receive is thoughtfully edited in my style to reflect the quality and consistency of my work.

Yes! I provide a selection of minimalist wooden toys free of charge upon request. They’re perfect for keeping little ones engaged and adding a natural touch to your photos.

Yes 🎂 I love capturing Cake Smash sessions, especially for 1st birthdays! You can bring your own cake and decorations, or I can suggest minimalist setups.
