    Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about my photography services, sessions, and packages. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out!

    Yes, I require a deposit to secure your date. This ensures that your session is reserved just for you and allows me to plan accordingly.
    The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

    Travel fees and additional costs depend on the location of your session or event:
    1. Local Sessions: For shoots within Toronto travel costs are included in the package price.
    2. Outside the Local Area: For locations beyond this range, a travel fee may apply to cover transportation and time. I’ll provide an estimate upfront, so there are no surprises.

    Reschedule: If the weather isn’t suitable, we can reschedule the session to a later date that works for both of us.

    I don’t provide a makeup artist or stylist directly, but I work closely with several talented professionals who I can highly recommend. Depending on your style and preferences, I can connect you with someone who will ensure you look and feel your best for the shoot.

    My cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair and flexible for both of us:
    1. Rescheduling:
    •If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] in advance. I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date that works for both of us.
    2. Cancellation:
    • If you cancel at least 7 days before the session, your deposit is refundable or can be applied toward a future booking.
    • Cancellations made after this timeframe may result in the deposit being non-refundable, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
    3. Weather or Emergencies: In cases of bad weather (for outdoor shoots) or genuine emergencies, I’m happy to reschedule without penalty.
